I have been LOVING Amazon extra hard lately. They have seriously stepped up their fashion game. Here’s my tips for finding the good stuff:
- Search under Prime: Filter your search by using the ‘Refine’ button while shopping. You can select Prime Only, that way you’ll know the items you are looking at will be free shipping and backed by Amazon
- Always Read the Size Charts: This is so important! There are so many manufactures on Amazon that you could find the exact same item but they could be made completely different. Make sure you look at the size charts and remember international sizes differ from US sizes.
- Read the Reviews Carefully: For some odd reason, I always find reviews listed under an item that are not for that item (this happened with the Beige Sweater linked below). This makes it really hard to take the overall star rating seriously. I always make sure to read all the reviews carefully so to make sure they are talking about the specific item I am shopping for. Look for pictures of your item in the review section to steer you in the right direction.
- Trust in Amazon: At first I was a little skeptical purchasing items that were being shipped from overseas or buying from brands I had never heard of, but since I trust Amazon itself, I figured the risk was minimal so I went for it. If you hate it, you can always return it!
I have gotten so many compliments on this sweater. It is SO soft and well made that people were shocked when I told them it was from Amazon. It was the perfect sweater to wear during Christmas time and with Valentines Day right around the corner I will get plenty of chances to wear it again. I absolutely love the lantern sleeves, they are such a statement piece. This is definitely a Winter only sweater since the material is heavier. It is slightly cropped so I pair it with high waisted jeans. Do NOT panic if your order is not delivered right away. I am a Prime member and even then this sweater took one month to be delivered. Still totally worth it though!
I love this one so much I will likely be buying it in more colors soon. I must have been really into big sleeve because this one also has the oversized look to it haha. The sleeves are bell shaped and are sewn at the bottom so the folds wont come undone throughout the day-genius. Because the material is knitted/crochet you could easily wear it as a transitional piece in the Fall and Spring. It says in the description it is ‘oversized’ but it did not fit me that way. Theres enough material to tuck into jeans, but not cover the booty. If you are looking to have it oversized, then I would recommend sizing up two sizes.
Such a steal! The brand is Daisy Rose and currently it is sold out (so sorry!). This is obviously a dupe of a veryyy popular loved by all bag. It may be controversial, but it is honestly a great buy for anyone that can’t splurge on the real deal. These totes sell out soo fast you guys, I am surprised I snagged one.
